Sulzer Statomix MS Series Static Mixers

Sulzer Mixpac Statomix MS static mixers are used for mchine dispensing adhesives. These machines are often referred to as Meter Mix Dispense systems. MS series nozzles have elements made of polyacetal which can withstand high machine pressures. Shrouds are typically used with these mixers to provide safety during high pressure dispensing, and also to prevent the plastic housing from "expanding" during operation. The shroud attaches the mixer to the machine via a retaining nut that is part of the shroud. MS static mixers can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, and a variety of other adhesives and sealants, for diverse applications.
